Hi there,

Have this Whitfield model and the auger gets jammed. I run the stove and it gets jammed after running after a few hours. The auger and the hardware seem in good shape. After trying to free the jam, it’s hard to get the auger out.

Tried changing pellets and still it gets jammed up. I took it to a stove place and stayed it might be the bushing at the top or the motor.

I don’t know much about pellet stoves, any help would be appreciated.

My Quest had a plastic bushing that was a later add. Never encountered the prob!em you are describing.
