New to the forum, be a lurker for a while. I have a Winslow PS40, and I recently replaced the convection blower.
Now it is doing a new trick. It will run low and shut down completely and then restart itself with out me doing anything. The restart is like we just pushed the ignite button to turn it on after it has been shut down. This has never happened before and Just started after the recent blower replacement.
