wiring harness to trailer

Hey guys..having some issues with trailer harness...94 pathy...from back lites...its a five wire...the harness is a four wire..from the truck the xtra wire is brake... 4 wires hook up...just no brake or tail lites to trailer....do they make an adapter to work...ill put some pics up...thanks...

Try an RV parts and supply business. They do carry adapters but I am just not sure if they have that specific one.
