Does anyone on here owns a LT-45? How is Wood Master's reputation? I Have been having a lot of trouble finding info on this boiler. I think in some EPA regulation this heater got discontinued. The reason I like this boiler is i can get it for way less than others. Thanks for your time and any input!

There usually is a reason it's cheep.
First i don't think it's a boiler,sounds like it's an open system.
Second i would check with your local authorities if you can even use it.
I have never heard of that company or water heater.Maybe someone can tell you what the heater is like for quality and performance.

It is an open system. They are ok to install in the area, a lot of people here have them. I have not heard of wood master myself. I've had alot of experience with a heatmaster ss that my Dad has. My house is just 1200 sq ft so i don't need alot.

Thanks for your input!

I do not own a Wood Master but they do have a good reputation, I own a different brand but have always gotten my supplies from Dodds Brothers in Missouri, when I was down there recently I saw they had a bunch of these Wood Master stoves like what you were talking about the owner said he had gotten a really good deal on them here is a link to them on their web site
(broken link removed to http://www.outdoorwoodfurnaceparts.com/proddetail.php?prod=WOODMASTERLT45)
they have always been real good to me.

You cannot buy a new wood boiler for $2000 or $3500 unless something is wrong with it or it is used. I recently heard that the manufacture Woodmaster was trying to sell their business. I wouldn't take it from me, I would do your research before buying. One of the links posted says only a 12 month warranty. If the business sells or goes out of business you are not going to want to be stuck with a useless wood furnace that you can't get parts for. I currently have a Crown Royal Stove, RS7300E. Check them out www.crownroyalstove.com. They have been awesome to deal with so far. Good luck to you!
