Yes, that would be part of the challenge. It makes sense especially if the bulk pellets can be fabricated at the dock eliminating the need for ground shipping. The ship would also need enough pellet storage to make the round trip. Or might they make the pellets from the sawdust on board the ship. It's an interesting concept.

Somehow all these biomass deals conveniently forget to add the full costs & residuals involved to arrive at the bio fuel in the first place.
