I'm looking for a new lighter.... Something that isn't disposable, and that looks really nice (wife's request).

I understand that a plumbing torch works wonderfully, but it doesn't fit the second part of my criteria..... I'm thinking of getting the Zippo MPL linked below.

Has anyone used this, or does anyone have any suggestions for a hansome wood stove lighter.

Thanks.

Nice looking lighter. This place has the zippo cheap ($10.95) along with many other lighters.

There are also some spiffy candle lighters on the market:

Matches look nice and they're free. Don't waste money on a lighter.

My wife bought me that zippo for my B-Day a couple of years ago - engraved too... It works great and looks good hanging next to the hearth.
