Well the deposit has been made on a new Woodstock Keystone; deciding on stove pipe installation; I will probably have to go thru the soffit the challenge is the width of the soffit is 11" pipe probably 8" can this work? Help

It doesn't look like you have the clearances. You need like 2"-4"+ of clearance to combustibles depending on the pipe. Even if you have packed insulated pipe with 2" clearances, 8" OD pipe + 2" on one side + 2" on the other side = 12" total, which is greater than your 11" soffit. Looks like you'll need to notch the soffit and build the chase around it, or buy some 30 degree elbows and offset the pipe to clear the soffit.

BTW, are you installing bare pipe on the outside of the house, or are you building a chase?
