windy zap but was working behind the shed ;-)
put the question up on a suzuki board and there were a couple of fellas saying that maybe the factory idle was set up wrong?
adjusted it the other day but didnt really get a chance to try it out till today.. everything seems fine right now but still have till May for warranty work.
