Could someone tell me what the approximate dimensions are for a ton of pellets? I'm assuming that the pallets are 4'x4', is this correct? What about the height? I want to be sure I have enough room to store all my pellets before I order them. Thanks!

Last years leftover pallet in my basement is 48"x40". I had 3 tons on 2 pallets with just over 5 and a half feet of clearance. To do this each bag had to be evenly distributed, you can't just throw them on.

The pallets I got today were definitely not square. 48"x40" sounds about right.
