Does anyone know when Lowe's or HD run there 198.00 a ton sale?

Just wondering if anyone know when HD or Lowe's run the 198.00 a ton sale it seems to be 209.00 a ton but haven't seen it any cheaper anywhere else?

Pretty sure last year this time pellets were that price here. This year HD is at 209. Not sure if they will go lower than that or not.

HD here in Augusta, Maine has their pellets at $197/ton. I was in there yesterday. I believe they are the MWP in the Wood Pellet bags. Didn't look that close as I am stocked up for the year.
Seen the same thing at Wally World.

Probably wont go lower than where they are now....I would not sweat the 10 bucks

I agree....$10 is nothing in the scheme of things (20 cents a bag).

Lowes near me is at $209 also.

My recent purchase of 4 Tons from Home Depot in Central Connecticut was 209 plus delivery.

You might see a slight price drop when the season gets rolling and the box store war heats up a little. But IMHO its probably about the bottom. $209 near me as well.

I saw HD @ $189/ton but that was about 3-4 weeks ago.
I was surprised to see it under $190 but it didn't last long.

I see $219 at Lowes in Saugus, MA today plus $65 for delivery. Rich2500, good call on the 10% coupon.

I would look at it this way....if you buy now maybe you could have saved 10-20 bucks....maybe
On the other hand the box stores could increase their price substantially...I see 250 at Lowes in Westboro
The pellet houses near me have slowly increase since the spring special....cannot get a good pellet for under 285.
I think the box stores are only going higher

A month ago. Don't wait any longer. I told my father he should buy his when I did @ $188/ton last month, but he waited and now he's paying the $209 price at HD - Lowes has gone to $219 in my area in 1 month. They matched the HD price, but wouldn't give him the military discount on top of the match, so we went to HD and did get the military discount.

Home Despot in Plaistow is at $209.00 a ton. If Lowes in Epping went to $198.00 a ton you would blow more $$$$$ in fuel going the 40 miles round trip to see any savings. Last year I bought my stash of Okies at $265.00 a ton. This year the price is$300.00 If It were me I would go now and get the $209.00 price. I don't think you will see much of a price drop If any.

Is the Tractor Supply in Plaistow open yet? The TSC in Brentwood has a sign out front claiming they match prices on pellets. You may be able to get MWP at TSC for the Home Depot price. Not sure if the pellets have to be the same brand for them to price match. Im curious if this will work, let us know if you try.

TSC and Rural Kings in Ohio had the $175 about a month ago (have not called since) and there is a store in Smithville Ohio that has some at $175/ton. Until tomorrow that is. The 14th is the last day of the sale.

Lowes and HD around me are normally about $250, until season starts. But have not stopped there recently. Still sittin on 6 ton and gettin about 2 ton of Rocky Mountains delivered tomorrow. (Craiglist Deal!)
