So as I was cleaning out my englander pdvc and wiping off the top( no I wasnt waxing it..this time)it occured to me the top of that stove is the perfect temp for pehaps a run of jerky: I checked the top, yep and its about 165 degrees.If I take my cast iron ridged grill top hmmmm.

anyone try this one yet?
