May I Tee into my 8" stack and pipe in a smoke handler for when I open my door? Wondering how this might effect draft for an Eko 60.

I would not for one reason - if the output of your "smoke handler" is more than the draft on your chimney you may end up blowing some (or all) of the smoke back into the EKO. Unless of course you installed some kind of manual damper to close of the EKO when using the smoke eater...but besides all of this I'm not sure this would meet code??
