I know it is an Amity, but anyone know where I could find more information?

not much info to give; this is an ancient smoke dragon... enjoy out of control fires and then lots of soot when you try to dial it down.
 
Amity was made by nu-tec - specifically Peter Albertsen, who was the principal.
There were a number of models with various combustion schemes - including some which were catalytic. Many were downdraft units.
