Installing in wall fan, what about electrical wires in the wall?

For anyone curious, after some use with just this in wall fan and sometimes a ceiling fan I am getting pretty good circulation.
The downstairs was 64 when I started the fire last night. A few hours later the stove room was over 80, the room directly off it was 78 and the dining room (top right of diagram) was 71...heat never kicked on all evening!
