king 5500m pellet stove. Having issues with blower. Cleaned extensively, fuses good, oiled but blower sticks, gets noisy, stops - in any varying order. Any thoughts?

Which blower? Exhaust or convection? How old? What are you using for oil? blue 3-in-1?

How old? Bearings can be a problem (noisy) but it could also be tied to other problems... Have you unplugged unit and gone over electrical connections to make sure there are no loose or frayed wires? Used compressed air to blow out motor windings? Keep oiling... Ensure thermistor is reading temps properly.

I would suggest a search of the forum (box top right) to see what other King owners have found. I switched the thread title to catch King owner's eyes;)

You may end up with a new blower in the long run ... keep the old one and see if you can have bearings replaced inexpensively (or try yourself if handy). Let us know how you make out...

bearing probably gone. Its shuts down when the thermal protection warms up after trying to run to hard to overcome the bad bearing.

Room blower, convection blower, distribution blower, the same. Combustion fan, exhaust fan for feeding the fire air.
