Thanks for the added info. As much as I like the top loading feature of the Lopi, I think the ease of use is steering me towards the Oslo.

I have no experience at all with the Lopi, so I'm not qualified to make any kind of comparison but I can't think of anything that is a significant "con" for the Oslo. If something happened and I needed another stove, I'd buy another Oslo.
