I should have taken more pictures of the surface rust before painting. Also had to install new fire brick. The stove, paint, polish, firebrick cost me a total of $400. I grew up with this model stove. Glad to have one back in the man-shed. Oh man it is definitely toasty now.

Awesome stove! I had one for about 7 years, ran it 24/7, love the huge box, could load twice a day and run on auto pilot!
Really nice restoration, enjoy!
