I noticed that I have no flame coming through some of the holes in burner pan. Mostly all on one side. What would cause this and what is the fix?

One thing I started noticing is those holes that have no flame will eventually come on after 5 minutes. Same way each time I turn on always take apx 5 minutes

Well now Iam a complete novice and don’t how to do that! Thought something simple like blocked holes!
Could be, but that very rarely happens. You might be better off scheduling an NFI Qualified Gas Specialist to make a service call. He will have the proper tools to correct your issue. One thing you can do is to make sure the gas shut offs are fully open.
ALL those holes HAVE to be covered with rock wool. I like to tear off little chunks from a handful and carefully place them vs using a brush and putting an even coating over everything.
Ok didn’t know all ports have to be covered! Thank you so much I thought it was just the opposite! Ok so make sure every port is lightly covered. Will do!
Oh my! What a difference. Flame is so much bigger and balance looks so much better and all ports are working. Thank you so much your help has been great through this journey! Still can’t believe I cut a hole in my house. Anyway still need to decide to paint inside someday. Read lots of bad experiences doing that. Anyway thanks so much!
