I am in the process of rebuilding my older Jotul 118. I have it totally dismantled and ready to go back together. I've never done this before and was wondering if there any special instructions or tricks in doing this? Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

It should go together quite easily. Try a dry fit before cementing the corners. Be sure there are no warped inner plates or things will not fit smoothly. Be sure that all bolt holes are clean and any that broke have been drilled out and retapped. If you don't have a helper, use a ratchet strap to hold the sides together when placing on the top. You might want to use stainless bolts if you expect to be doing this again in another 15-20 years %-P .
