Found some end of season deals on class A Selkirk Supervent SS inside and out.
$690 for a new 11ft complete kit close out deal. Hard to pass on from everything I've priced.

What do you think, Quality, great or average ?
If you are using it, tell me about it.
I thought I would go for something like ICC or Ventus for safest possible but for the $ the Supervent seems to make the grade. Thanks !

11ft is too short so you will need to add pipe. Price compare the components at www.dynamitebuys.com

Whoops, should have added that 5 feet + of double wall stove pipe will be below it for a total of 16' +
that will be 3 ft taller than the roof peak. The stove pipe will be extra.
Thanks for the compare site, missed that one.

Todd, there is a place out in Washington that has ICC pipe on sale, 10% off. The 4 foot adjustable stovepipe was well under 200, so I wouldn't expect the chimney pipe plus extras needed would run much more than $700...worth a look. ICC is great pipe, provides great security and peace of mind. Lifetime warranty on ultrablack stovepipe and Excel chimney.

I've got two installs with Selkirk Supervent (from Menards) and have no complaints. Would purchase again. Seal the vertical exterior seam with silicon because rainwater can follow that in.

Todd, I got my stove pipe adapter, ceiling support box, attic shield, 10' of Class A, and cap (didn't need the flashing), for about $400 at Menards. Selkirk.

I've installed and used Supervent in two houses, no problems. I also siliconed the seams, just as a precaution.
