Get ready to install the F600. The chimney will need a 20ft. liner. Does the smooth walled liner really make that big of a difference? I installed a Felx King Pro on the Hearthstone last year and there was never a ton of buildup. But the price between the smooth wall and the regular liners is significant. Any insight is appreciated.

Smooth wall liner does make a significant difference. When I size liners for oil furnaces I have to take it into account. If you can do it go with a smooth wall liner or rigid. Either will work great.

If the chimney is large enough to accommodate a rigid liner, that is the route I would choose.
