Hello,

Just took delivery of our new Accentra Insert, super excited for this burning season. Anyways. We have a new liner for a wood stove we bought last year, we hated the wood stove. I purchased a 6 to 4 reducer but it the 4inch part is super loose where it connects to the stove. Any recommendations here. The outlet for this stove isnt the standard 3 inch where you need the appliance adapter part.

Thank you all.
Keith

What's on the unit now? Is it a 3" or 4" flue collar?
Either one requires a Harman 3" or 4" adapter to
install before the increaser can be used.
ICC EXCEL makes one, but if you use their adapter,
you will need to use their increaser as well

Why it helps people to see what kind of stoves that the person is talking and I did not know what they looked like--it sort for the un mechanical people to see the pretty inserts and stoves. Not everybody knows how to repair stoves and stuff like that but people like to see what the people who know are figuring on and helping people with..clancey

I used your link to look at the pretty pictures of the new Harman stoves. I was unimpressed with the nearly 5000$ price tag!

They are fantastic pellet stoves but yeah the prices on them are getting rediculous

Thanks for the reply. Do you mind sending a link to one of these?

Buying a refurbished Harman is the way to go….if you are unable to refurbish one yourself….a great way to learn the stoves operation as well.
