Hello everyone,

It's been a while since I've been on the forum. I have a 2005 Enviro Mini I installed in my Mother's house about three years ago, and it has been working fine up until now.

The stove starts up and runs for about 15 minutes then the auger stops feeding. I pressed the start button again and it stated to run again. I had the side panel off because I was checking to see if the vacuum hose was connected, clean and working the switch, and it is .After about 20 minutes I noticed the room fan was not running, I let it run a little longer and the stove seemed to be getting a little to hot so I turned it off. Now here's another problem - the exhaust blower also turned off and I know that's not right. So any suggestions before I order a new control board?

Thanks,
Don

Try jumping out the low limit disc. I don't think it is closing on temp.

What pelletdude said above. Don't go ordering the board yet, that is an expensive item. Tackle the little things first.

The proof of fire switch is located on the exhaust blower motor. Try removing it, cleaning it, and reinstalling. If you still have the issue, try jumping the connections and see if that fixes it.

The exhaust motor stopping is strange. Luckily enough, the stoves manual has a good troubleshooting section.

Thanks so much for the info. Jump it, cleaned it, and the stove is running great!

Thanks again

Just to be clear, jumping the connections is only a temporary test to see if the issue goes away. If it does, then you know something is wrong with the switch, so you find what is wrong (clean it) or get a new one.

I take it you cleaned it and reinstalled it?
