Question:

I would like to know the efficiency of a 1995 vermont castings pellet stoves compared to the models today. Also, I would like to know if parts are readily available.

Answer:

You can probably dig up parts, either from Vermont Castings or some of their dealers. I happen to like that stove (The Reliance). As far as efficiency, I found it as good as the other models on the market...and built heavier.

Harman Stoves was a partner with Vermont Castings in the development of this model, so you could always try them as a last effort for certain electrical and pellet-feeding parts.
