I tried to hold out as long as I could but today it was chilly, wet AND windywith the temp hovering right around 45*. SOOOOO I fired up the Harman P61 to help take the chill off. I was hoping to make it a bit further into the fall but oh well.

There is a nice little whistle when the auger turns now, so i have my first troubleshooting project of the season also... Still better than oil :)

Yeah I fired the 25-PDVC tonight for the first time for more than just smoke checking the pipe. Letting it do it's thing in the basement on a forties rainy night to see what ends up coming up the stairs from the basement.

Gotta practice this pellet pig stuff before I have to break out the big guns upstairs with the wood burner.
