I have a 2008 quadra fire castile pellet stove, the stove is properly cleaned each year. The stove is now burning a lazy flame and produces lots of black soot inside the unit. I burn only premium hardwood pellets and I recently replaced the door gasket thinking it might be leaking. I have adjusted the feed rate and there's no change in either the flame or stove performance. Is the stove at end of life?

There is no obstructions in the venting there also seems to be lots of smoke prior to pellets igniting.

Thanks for any info!
