hello everyone
i have a chimney in the middle of my house, on one side is a LP stove, i want to put a pellet stove
on the other side, would that be ok?

If it has more than one flue, yes. If it's has only one flue NO. You can not put two appliances into one flue.

+1 on Hoverfly's comment.

If the LP stove is a bvent with a full 4" liner and you have room for a second 3" or 4" liner on the other side for the pellet stove, I would say sure. I would also be having my local hearth shop stop by for a free in home estimate.
