i have a superior bv42rmn ng fireplace pilot stays on no problem the burners come and in 5 minutes they automatically go out pilot stays on New wall switch and thermopile thanks for any suggestions

Take a reading on the thermopile output with a multimeter set to VDC. Record the mV output with the pilot only. Then turn the burner on. Record that reading & report back with your results.

Im guessing your fireplace is bvent given it's model name. There should be a limit switch on the top of the fireplace box near the draft hood. If so that is a likely culprit
