.94 cent heating oil?

No 2 heating oil coming into New York Harbor is .94 cents spot price.

Less than a dollar heating oil is a possibility.

Just relight the stove and am cruising at 500 degrees but wow are prices low.

I see these charts but I don't see these prices when I look for oil 20ish miles east of new haven. The company I am using is advertising 1.43. Should I be able to find oil for 1.25 a gallon and if so where do I look. Even cash for oil doesn't have that low for a price?
