Unknown to us, till some questions were asked, and some searching done, a forum member known as DMKNLD, passed away June of last year. He was very knowledgeable about Quad stoves,and always eager to help someone in need. He was very eloquent in his posts, much more so than I could. I never personally met him, but I called him friend. He will be sorely missed on this forum. kap

Sad to have to acknowledge the loss of a forum friend ... If you look at the Quadrafire threads, you would usually see an entry from DMKNLD. His presence and wisdom will be missed here.
