Just had my stove inspected and flue cleaned. In my Regency H2100, the burn holes are facing directly toward the front of the stove.
 
Is this normal all this came off the top of the baffle insulation

Thanks the way the key hole matches up the holes eather point straight up are straight down

Line up the cotter pin holes. Based on the manual's diagram it looks like the back tubes may face forward and the front-most tube faces down.
