Haven't been around the forum much lately. Took a load of brush over to the township brush pile and came home with a trailer load of red maple (pretty sure). All solid but the bark peeled off really easy so most of that stayed there. Probably would be burnable this winter. Will need to check in fall what is most burnable mc wise for my everyday hardwood between the birch css'd last July & August and the red maple & cherry css'd this spring. I'm hoping both stacks are ready so I can mix it up...
