Any easier way to change a combustion blower's rusty old impeller blades?

Harman exhaust blower impeller blades are easy to change. Usually it can be done with an allan wrench.
Here are some pics of the Harman combustion impeller blade removal.

However other stoves where the combustion blower's impeller blades that are enclosed in an exhaust plenum or housing seem to be almost welded on from the heat!

I finally got the the impeller off with the Air Cutter! Looks nice when done with the new impeller blade! Changing these impeller blades can be more of a challenge!

Here is what I tried.

PB Blaster, Wire Brushing and then the wrench did not crack it!

Drilling it out did not work very well either.

It finally took the air cutter making 2 cuts!

Here are the rest of the pics.

Then just some Acetone cleaner and some dry moly spray and a new impeller. Bingo!

Looks a little better now! Just a little more Dry Moly Spray!
