tulsa, ok
Are there any wood burning stove installations that do anything nifty with the otherwise useless gas starter pipe?

I installed my insert this year and the one thing I miss is my gas starter, used to be able to start a fire in my fireplace with extreme ease. I had to learn all over again how to start a fire the "old fashioned way". Unfortunately I don't see anyway to have the same convenience with a wood stove since the logs burn right on the bottom. If you figure it out please do post.
