I have a tech question, there are no numbers on line to contact Heartstone for answers. (very frustrating) I have a June 1993 Phoenix stove with an Ash pan lid. I also have a newer stove that has a grate. Does anyone know what the difference is? Does is affect the draft or burning? Any help would be great. Thanks.
