I attached a picture I took of a piping diagram. I was something like 1 meg. It came through as 79kB and was pretty unreadable. Any ideas?

This is best I can get it.
 
Weird. Although that .png file is 10 times as large as the 79 kb image above, it's just about as large and clear. When I view the original image on my laptop, it's huge.
