Auger banging against stop= enviro p3

What causes the auger motor to make a bang sound against the stop. 2 year old stove and it just started doing it on occasion. The plastic bumper is still on the stop. It might bang once about every minute. TIA
 
The rubber bumper may have hardened up over the years.

I see three possibility
1 bumpers are worn out (Small rubber hose works good)
2 auger binding on bushings ( unlikely )
3 stops have been bent due to constant hammering
If bent gently bend them toward motor
I have seen one cause of them being bent
Also check the motor as the constant hits can put a hole in the metal casing
