I started having problems a while back, thought maybe thermostat prob. Start on medium setting, then
wouldn't go lower setting. If I start on low setting, then I could turn it up, but not down. Made do with what I figured out to get through the winter. So winter has ended, and I gave the deep cleaning, everything I can think of, now I light the stove and it takes off just like it should for a few minutes, then it calms down like it should
but then it just shuts down after 5 minutes no matter the setting. The fan and blower are all working like they
should, but 5 min. is all I can get.?

I'm trying to get a owner manual (hoping for trouble shooting guide) but not familiar with computer so well,
and am having a hard time.

Any hints? Thank you.

Welcome to the forum! When was the last time you did a really good cleaning fire box to exhaust cap and everything in between? Careful and thorough clean frequently is the cure... Dollar bill test on the door/ash pan/hopper lid as appropriate? Carefully inspect and cleaned the air sensor? Troubleshoot the low limit switch? Confirm jumper on thermostat terminal or solid connection to thermostat? The link above http://pelletstoverepair.com is also a board repair service that can check the electronics...
