Avalon 900 PI

I have an older avalon pellet stove 900 PI........every other start it will run but shut down until I restart the toggle switch.
It will then run fine until next startup

I changed the main 3-wire snap switch---no help
I changed the low temp snap switch--no help
I by-passed the backdraft sensor----no help

I replaced the 15 minute timer block in the control box-----no help

If I start it----let it come to temperature---all goes on----and at that time re-toggle the start switch---I won't have a problem.

Really not a major problem---but driving me crazy.......

I love this stove but my better-half is pushing to buy a new one-----anyone pleas help--

No nothing about your stove
But on mine if that happened I would be looking at the proof of fire switch
First 15 min cycle not getting it hot enough . Second cycle does bring it up to temp
