Hello. Looks like some honeybees are setting up shop in my firewood racks. They must have just gotten started, but there must be a queen in there now. Any sure-fire methods to keep them away? I'd hate to kill them off, and I have contacted some beekeepers who might be interested. I envision this being an ongoing issue, until I drop a poison bomb on the firewood. Thanks.
 
I wonder if a guy (or gal) with logs and a chainsaw could build a beehive?
 
Have your son give you some names of local beekeepers. They usually will be glad to come and collect the swarm.
