Best place to buy Double-Wall Insulated Chimney Pipe - Class A

Is there a better place then others to buy Double-Wall Insulated Chimney Pipe - Class A
Or for that matter a BK King 40

The BK can only be bought at a dealer, if new.

Class A is by definition double wall.

I think Rockford chimney supply is a good vendor too for chimney supplies.

There is Duraplus Class A triple-wall chimney too. Not recommending it, but it's out there.

There are several online outlets for chimney and stovepipe. Northline Express.com and Woodstovepro.com are a couple others.

I ordered a double walled telescoping stove pipe, not class A chimney, from Menards last year, first and only time dealing with them. I was very satisfied with their customer service. The pipe came through slightly damaged. Contacted them. The rep asked for a photo and had a new one shipped right away.

Well if i do as you guys think is best and take out the old pipe i will have a 12inch hole same size and ready for Duraplus Class A triple-wall.
Is Duraplus Class A triple-wall better or worse then the double I would think its better just more $. How is it to instill vs the dura tech

That doesn't sound right. Someone may have their pricing list messed up or they are not the same outer metal. DuraTech is available with a galvalume outer jacket.

DuraPlus has always been their value line. Make sure that the length, diameter, etc. are identical. The fittings, like a Tee are where the difference really shows up.

Dura plus is a far inferior product regardless of price. It has half the insulation so it looses much more heat. The cooling jacket can cause drafts. Wasps etc also love to make nests in the cooling jacket leading to an unsafe condition. It takes more space. And probably other reasons I am not thinking of

I use ventis or Jeremiah's. But Selkirk does make some nice pipe. A welded seam will keep weather out better than crimped seam
