If anyone was curious how those BioBricks and competing products are made, at least those with the rectangular shape, I'm pretty sure most of them are made with this:

They have a series of marketing videos describing the machine and pitching it to industrial users.

Any idea on the price for one of these things? Website has lots of marketing and claims, but not much substance. I'm still working through the videos right now.
