That’s good news that you were measuring moisture correctly. I bet you will make out ok this fall/winter.
Do you have the ability to grab more wood thinking about the winter after next? Getting ahead will eliminate the concern about if wood is dry enough.

If, during the heating season, it's possible to bring the wood inside for a week or two, it will dry further. Putting it in large totes will keep the mess off the floor. (It helps if you are a batchelor).
