I am very close to pulling the trigger on a blaze king, but now I just read that because of blaze kings low flue temps, its common to get smoke spillage into the room when reloading because the chimney cant stay hot enough to sustain a strong draft. That would be a huge problem for me as im pretty sensitive to smoke. I'd be able to deal with the occasional smoke, but if its a constant thing then maybe I should consider another stove. I really like everything else about the blaze king, but if im constantly getting smoke in the house im seriously going to regret getting it and won't be able to use it except for backup heat. That would suck because im super excited to burn wood on the regular. Obviously my chimney will follow the manufacturer specs, but I will have 10 ft of exposed chimney outside my house, no chase to help keep it warm.

This is not an issue if properly installed..
Pay attention to flue set up, elbows, double wall stove pipe, insulated liner, and overall flue height.

Download the manual from the bk website to see if you can implement the requirements listed in there.

Any stove will dump smoke inside the house if there is negative pressure, or improper installation, or improper burning techniques. Eliminate those things and 95% of problems are gone. Installers don't know everything, and some know very little.

Since im doing a new install, ill definitely be following blaze kings manual on the chimney height and all that, so ill be good on that front. However, my chimney is going to be 10 ft exposed with no chase. Will i still be fine you think? Im a little worried about that part.

It will absolutely not be fine imo.
If 10 ft means a stove top to chimney cap distance.

Class A exposed is fine. (If total height is okay for BK.)

Just the class A exposed. I have 9 ft ceiling in the house and pipe will go straight up then class A in attic about 3 ft, then 10 ft of class A exposed outside with no chase.

9+3+10 will be fine. Maybe even a bit too tall. I suspect you won't have smoke roll out.
You can always add a pipe damper above th stove.

No chase is fine, unless your winters are at the far cold end of the normal weather conditions spectrum.
Class A is insulated.
