My Harman pellet stove while in test mode works fine but when we take it out the blower isn’t working. Any suggestions

The stove has to get up to temperature for the esp to recognize the heat and turn the blower on…have you run the stove long enough for it to kick in? My P61 takes about 5min or so before the distribution fan kicks in after it ignites
