Breckwell Big E Parts? Eric? Help?

The burn pot collar (not the burn pot itself. that is fine) has started to degrade and a hole has formed on the right side. I am looking for a new one, but heard Breckwell is struggling to get parts out in a timely fashion. I also need some combustion blower gaskets. Eric----Any chance you have either of these in stock?

Relatively "NEWBIE"Pellet stove owner here. I have a Big E but I don't have a "burn pot collar." What is it, do I need one and where do I get one?

Mine came with the stove. It is supposed to help the pellets stay in the pot. Without the collar, i get a few jumpers. Not a huge deal, but the collar eliminates the problem. The only drawback is its not made out of stainless...hence my problem. I would say if you dont get strays, dont worry about getting one.

I get "strays" all the time... Does the collar just sit on top of the burn pot?

We have two Big E's, one in the house and one in the store. The one in the store did not come with a collar, but the dealer supplied one free of charge. I think they are supposed to come with them. Alot of the stoves did not, but I really think that the dealer will supply one.

I need combustion gaskets.

Help!!
