I am trying to replace the hot rod. Is the only way to remove it by loosening the set screw while it is in the stove? I see some models the entire unit unscrews and comes out but I don't see that option on mine.
I have a p23fs older model. it does have a digital control.
thanks

I have one of the stoves with the removable holder and trust me its a real PIA to get 2 bolts lined up when you cannot see. I have a 1/4 ratchet with the proper bit and i change it that way just by loosening the set screw.

These aren't the best pictures but there are no screws to remove the piece

Take the auger motor out you should be able to loosen the
alan screw and slide the igniter out. don't take the screw all
the way out just loosen enough to slide out the igniter.
