I have a Breckwell p28 that needs a new auger motor but I can't get the old one out. I removed the set screw but the motor won't come off. I used a hammer to try to loosen it but that didn't work, so I used a pry bar between the motor and the collar and that didn't work either. Then I turned the stove on and pushed the manual auger switch. The shaft on the motor turned but the collar didn't and the auger didn't, so why is it not coming loose? Any ideas?
