I am having the burner in my house renovated. I was advised it might be an old Jotul maybe a 80 or 100 but I cannot find any markings, names or numbers on the burner of any images on the Internet if anything that looks similar. I am hoping somebody might have some suggestions.
Many thanks in advance.

Welcome. I don't think that is a Jotul, but could be wrong. It could be a regional foundry that made the stove. It's a jaunty little fellow.

It does look more like a UK Foundry, but without any actual text on the castings, it will be very hard to find out.
Perhaps you have some antique stove specialists in the UK who can help ID it? We have a number of experts over here on the American stoves - folks like goodtimestove co....they know the details about most every stove made here. You probably have some nuts folks like that over there too!
