Room fan voltage ? Exhaust voltage I can boost, but I don't have a room fan voltage.

Usually the reason for over temp is too much heat accumulates around the stove. Setting the blower voltage up a bit to get the heat away from the stove and into the room should take care of it.
The setting that says "blower" is the one you want to change.
